Ysgol Emmanuel is proud to announce that we have been recognised by Investors In People with a Gold Award. The standard is a very challenging one to meet and is seen as a measure of a quality employer, and reflects our commitment and acknowledgement of the effort from everyone who works here.
 

The Investors In People Gold Award is awarded to organisations demonstrating best practice in people management and development. Following a rigorous assessment that included lengthy interviews with a large number of staff from right across the school, we are now one of less than 3% recognised organisations by IIP to have received the Gold Award.
 

The achievement of this prestigious Gold Investors in People Status is in recognition of the hard work delivered by all Ysgol Emmanuel staff to improve the leadership, management and development of our staff, enabling us to transform through our people.
