    Transition morning

On Wednesday we had our first transition morning for all our pupils in Nursery, Reception and Years 1,2,3 4 & 5.

The response we have received from pupils has been extremely positive. We hope this morning has helped ease any concerns or worries that our pupils may have had about moving up a year, and we are all looking forward to our next transition morning next Wednesday.

Our year 5 (soon to be year 6) pupils enjoyed a ‘STEM’ workshop, in which they made windmills and conducted experiments with their new class teacher. ‘We had lots of fun making windmills out of card that we had coloured in!’ Emily ‘We experimented with temperature, using special colour changing straws, we dipped them in ice and watched them change colour, it was really interesting!’ Jess.
