  Do you want to eat healthier?

   

  Do you want to feel healthier?

   

  If so, then come and join us here at Ysgol Emmanuel on the EmmanuelFit programme!

  For just the small price of £1 a week you can join us on our health and fitness

  journey every Monday from 8.45am.

  The £1 weekly fee includes the

  following activities:-

   

  8:45am - Weekly weigh-in

   

  9:00am - half hour gentle

  exercise class

   

  9:30am - Hot drink & healthy snack in our eCafé, followed by a healthy weekly menu

  planning session

  You do not have to take part in all of the activities if you do not wish to. You can participate in as little, or as much as you’d like.

   

  The weekly weigh-in is not

  compulsory and nobody, besides you, will get to know your weight unless you tell them yourself.

  You will weigh yourself and we will provide you with a weight diary for you to keep.

   

  

• inVentry system

  inVentry System

  Since the start of term we have been using an ‘inVentry’ system. This electronic signing in system helps us to ensure that our registers are up to date, at all times, to comply with fire safety regulations. We have been asking parents/carers to sign their children out of school when leaving early. We will also be asking parents/carers to sign their children in to school when arriving late.

• Year 4 Swimming Sessions

  Year 4 Swimming

   

  Year 4 swimming sessions will commence on

  Tuesday the 15th January.

  At a cost of £1 per child, per session.

   

  This will then be every Tuesday for six weeks. The sessions will end on Tuesday 19th February.
