School Meals

We are currently in the process of having a kitchen refurbishment. During this time all meals are being prepared off site and we have gone down to a two weekly menu. Menu's can be found at various locations around the school. We aim to have our new school kitchen completed by September 2023.

School Meals

The school meal service provides a range of nutritious and freshly cooked meals every day.

The children are offered a choice of either the main dish of the day, a jacket potato with choice of filling, or a sandwich. A salad bar is available for children to help themselves, as well as bowls of fresh fruit on each dining table. The cost of school meals are £2.50 per day.

Please see attached a link to the Denbighshire county council website, this specific link will take you to the 'primary school dinners menu page' where you will see 3 sets of menus labelled, 'week1' 'week 2' and 'week 3'. The menus run on a 3 weekly rota basis.

Packed Lunches

Children can bring a packed lunch to school with them and this will be eaten in the school hall or weather permitting, out on the yard.

Water is available, but you may wish to supply a drink. As per our Healthy Schools Policy, we would ask that children do not bring fizzy drinks or sweets.
